What we collect and why
We collect the contact details and enquiry information you choose to submit to respond to requests, discuss services and administer your relationship with us. Responding to business enquiries is based on our legitimate interests or steps requested before a contract. Optional marketing subscriptions are based on consent.
Bookings and payments
Bookings collect the booking contact, billing address, participant names and emails, accepted terms, payment status and ticket check-in records to administer your registration. Mollie processes hosted payments; this website does not collect raw card details. Secure booking links provide access to your booking and must be kept private. Financial records may be retained for applicable statutory obligations; the business reviews the retention schedule before launch.
Customer and corporate accounts
Verified accounts show bookings linked to your email address. Corporate owners and authorized managers can administer group bookings and memberships. We store account preferences, membership invitations, attendance and explicitly issued certificate records to provide these services. Keep participant details accurate and invite only authorized colleagues. Operational reminders and follow-up messages can be disabled in your account.
Reporting and attribution
Approved campaign references in enquiry and checkout URLs may be stored with your submission for internal reporting. We do not use cross-session marketing cookies for this attribution. Authorized staff see aggregate reports; personal registration exports are restricted to administrators.
Event materials
Approved event images and documents may identify speakers or other contributors. Publication requires permission and a rights review. Contact Meridian to request correction or removal.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored securely on Netlify infrastructure. Authorized staff and providers supporting hosting and email may process information for these purposes. International transfers must be covered by appropriate safeguards, including applicable contractual protections. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a contract, dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Marketing preferences are retained until withdrawal, with a minimal suppression record where necessary. Retention reviews are performed by the administrator.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing info@meridiantechlabs.nl. Withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting the same address. You can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Review status
This initial notice requires business review of legal bases, processor agreements, transfer safeguards and retention practices before commercial launch.
