Website information is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Submitting an enquiry or registering interest does not create a booking, guarantee availability or commit either party to a contract.
Online registrations
Online checkout is available only for confirmed published offerings with open inventory. Prices include the stated tax. Your accepted offering-specific booking and cancellation terms are saved with the booking. Registrations are confirmed only after payment is verified with Mollie. Cancellation requests require review and do not automatically guarantee a refund. An internal invoice record is available after payment; contact Meridian for a fiscal invoice or provider receipt.
Service agreements
The contracting entity, service provider, scope, fees, tax treatment, delivery arrangements and applicable responsibilities are identified in the written proposal or agreement. Meridian does not claim to directly deliver every programme or service.
Training and events
Only published and confirmed offerings may be considered for registration. Dates, venue, programme, certificates and any accreditation must be stated accurately in the relevant offering. Booking, cancellation and refund terms must be provided before a booking is accepted. Checkout availability depends on configured payment services and approved open inventory.
Accounts and certificates
Use an email address you control and protect your sign-in details. Corporate account managers must have authority to manage participants and memberships. Certificate records are available only after confirmed attendance and explicit issuer approval; they do not imply accreditation. Report unauthorized account or certificate activity to Meridian.
Website use
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access or misuse forms. Content is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Contact us if you identify inaccurate information.
Business review before commercial launch
These initial terms require review by the business and its legal adviser. Chamber of Commerce and VAT identifiers must be added once verified. Dutch mandatory law and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
